The best brunch in Paris

Kubri_Best Brunch in Paris 2024

Look. I’ve been to more than 100 of the hippest, coolest restaurants in Paris, but this one brunch spot takes the cake. Not only do most Parisian restaurants not really serve American-style brunch, but the breakfast food you’ll find on offer at most Paris bistros is a croissant and an ‘okay’ cup of coffee at best.

Enter: Kubri. Kubri serves up my favorite brunch in all of Paris. I’ve been multiple times and its creative take on Lebanese food literally never disappoints.

I speak both Arabic and French and have traveled extensively around France and the Middle East North Africa (MENA) region. How that shows up in my life today is that I love Levantine and French food. (Well, I love all food, if I’m being honest.) And that also means that I’ve eaten a lot of Middle Eastern food all over the world.

Here’s what makes Kubri stand out:

^^ At both Café Mericourt and Holybelly I recommend you order the pancakes! They both incorporate orange flower water, which I adore.
